Overview

By placing an order with Detour Fabrication, you agree to the following terms. We're a small custom fab shop based in Cochrane, Ontario, Canada — we build quality parts for Can-Am Renegade and Outlander riders, and we want every transaction to be straightforward and fair.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products are fabricated to order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that production will begin promptly and that the item is being made specifically for you. This is why all sales are final (see our Return Policy).

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring all order details — including custom text, vehicle fitment, and shipping address — are correct at the time of purchase. Detour Fabrication is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, and content on this site are the property of Detour Fabrication. Don't swipe our stuff.

Limitation of Liability

Detour Fabrication's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our parts are built for off-road use — ride responsibly and within your skill level.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
