At Detour Fabrication, everything we build is made to order — custom fabricated in steel or aluminum, just for you and your Can-Am. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders once production has begun.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement part or a repair. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Custom Text & Personalization

Orders with custom text or personalization are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please double-check your spelling and details before submitting your order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, we're already cutting metal — no cancellations will be accepted.
