Lead Times

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for fabrication before your order ships. This does not include transit time. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United States

We ship to the US. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that US customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees upon delivery — these are not included in your order total.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any fees required to release the package in their country. Detour Fabrication is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Taxes & Duties

Depending on your country's import regulations, you may be required to pay duties and taxes before your package is released for delivery. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order leaves our shop in Ontario, it's in the hands of the carrier. If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help track it down.
